The idea for this blog came when I found myself deep in the madness of an alpha. I eventually found my feet but it got me thinking about all the other content designers out there who have found themselves in the same position.

People with low levels of literacy have a preference for clear language. So far, so logical. But what you might not expect is that people with high levels of literacy also prefer clear language.

Content designers are creative problem solvers. No matter what challenge they’re faced with, they search for creative solutions. In summary: they’re awesome.
